Accessibility
What we checked on this website, what we know is missing and how to tell us about a barrier.
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We build it aiming at WCAG 2.2 level AA, the international accessibility guidelines, as Brazil’s Inclusion Law requires (Law 13,146/2015, art. 63).
What we checked
On 18 October 2026, before publication:
- Automated checks with axe-core for the WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules it covers, on the home, game, press and contact pages and every document, in English and Portuguese.
- Keyboard use: the skip link, the menus, the language selector, the games list, the questions and the contact topics work without a mouse, with visible focus. On phones, the menu takes focus when it opens and closes when focus leaves it, so focus is never hidden behind the menu.
- Text contrast in every colour palette, including while a game takes over the page.
- Layouts 320 (the WCAG reflow width, the same as zooming the page to 400%), 768 and 1440 pixels wide, without horizontal scrolling.
- Working without JavaScript: the content, the language selector and the contact topics remain usable.
- The Chromium, Firefox and WebKit browser engines, on desktop and on a simulated phone.
Motion
If your device is set to reduce motion, the website switches off its animations and transitions, including the smooth scrolling between sections and the animated opening of the questions.
Known limitations
- We have not yet tested with screen readers or on physical phones.
- Automated tools catch only part of the possible problems.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this website gets in your way, write to us through the support topic on the contact page and tell us the page and what happened. If you need any information from the website in another format, ask through the same channel.
